FAMILIAR FOES FACE OFF IN FINAL FOUR With the first postseason round in the books, familiar foes are set to square off in the League Championship Series. For the Dodgers and Phillies, the NLCS is a rematch of last year's series. While the Phils rolled to a five-game win in '08, they're bracing for a tougher fight this time around. Meanwhile, the fortunes of the AL teams can be traced to last offseason's pursuit of Mark Teixeira; though Tex landed with the Bronx Bombers, the Halos found key players to take the slugger's place. The Yanks are hoping that Tex and the likes of Mariano Rivera will help them exorcise their postseason demons vs. the Angels.
